At the beginning of a sunny spring hike at Beech Hill Preserve, I heard the sweet song of a Yellow Warbler in the young trees along the road. Naturally, I stopped to see if I could get a photo. Not much in this world is as cheery as a yellow warbler on a sunny spring day.
