“Drink your teaaaa!” The song of the Eastern Towhee echoes in spring over the hillsides of Beech Hill Preserve, brightening my daily hike with dog. Also brightening things are the glimpses you get of the colorful males, whose red-eyed gaze peers down from still-bare April branches.
